Anna Szklarska - Doctor of Philosophy, Assistant Professor at the Chair of Social Philosophy of Institute of Philosophy and Sociology at the Pedagogical University of Cracow; doctoral candidate in political sciences at the Institute of Political Science and International Relations of the Jagiellonian University. Her PhD dissertation in philosophy, granted by the Jagiellonian University, was devoted to issues of violence in modern and contemporary philosophy. Author of the monograph Sprawiedliwość w Czasach Kryzysu [Justice in the Time of Crisis]. Member of the Academic Association Against Recreational Hunting [Akademickie Stowarzyszenie Przeciwko Myślistwu Rekreacyjnemu] and the editorial board of the journal Edukacja Etyczna [Ethical Education].
